New FBO opens early due to demand

Weston Aviation, a UK-based business aviation specialist, has opened a new Fixed Base of Operation (FBO) at Humberside Airport. The new facility opened ahead of schedule due to hight demand for its services from the region. The Weston handling team along with Humberside Airport management welcomed a Phenom 100 from Oxford Airport-based FlairJet as their first customer and presented the crew with a bottle of champagne on their arrival to mark the occasion.
Paul Litten, Head of Business Development at Humberside Airport, said; ‘Opening ahead of schedule due to demand is a great indication of Weston Aviation's future at the airport. The business secured in the first week from a brand new dedicated fixed based operation demonstrates the strength of their reputation and the need for a business aviation facility in the region.’
Humberside Airport is the third UK FBO for Weston Aviation, joining its facilities at Durham Tees Valley and Newquay airports.
